“Horrible experience. Do not take an insurance policy. £25 fees when you miss a payment and recording default on your credit file straight away.Working with a credit company to get your monthly payments and they are horrible as well. Dealing with a lot of hassle during my time with them. You are asking for specific date of payment and they promised but never did anything. Horrible customer service and company. I did cancel my insurance with them and they wasn’t able to answer how much I have to pay for the cancellation.
