“I would advise people to check their policy. Make sure it’s right for you. Perhaps getting add on. Make sure all your info is bang on the admin charges are really harsh.”
“Price was good but one important thing should be changed. When you buy the policy you see only your premium price, without any breakdown. When it comes to cancelling the policy which I had to do you find out that approximately 1/4 of your premium is broker's fee, so when they calculate your refund they automatically base only on your insurance price and deduct cancellation fee and insurance you've actually used. Summing up one month of insurance on my Citroen C1 cost me 150 quid when whole year's premium is 420. It should be CLEARLY stated before you pay for your policy what your premium consist of.”
