“I went on Go Compare, and I found a very favorable quote so gave it a look, but before buying I looked for feedback from customers and it all seemed very good so I went for it and also took on the RAC breakdown too. Very easy offering both monthly and annual payment. I did get some really silly quotes, highest being just short of £800, with Skippy I am paying just over 500 including the RAC cover. Brilliant”

“Ok for a company if you never need to actually change anything.
I had to wait 4 days for a call back to get a quote on changing my car, when they called back they said it’s a £50 admin fee for the change in the policy + the difference for the car to be changed- new car is actually a cheaper insurance group yet they added £70 to change.
I then asked about cancellation to the policy because other companies have quoted much cheaper, this is the worst part.
So the cancellation fee is £75. Plus because I pay monthly I also have to pay the creditors fee (they couldn’t actually give me the price of this while on the phone) but said it would be roughly £50, then I also have to pay a % on top of that for the outstanding credit to actually get refunded to me meaning that I would be roughly £200 out of pocket and the refunded total would be far less than the £200.
If you don’t intend to change your car while on the policy and you don’t need to pay monthly then you may have a better experience, but in all honesty I wish I never picked this company and would never pick them again no matter how much cheaper they appear.”
