“Absolutely discussed with the service. Could hardly hear a single thing being said, due to some sort of party in the background (their end). So the person taking the call from the insurance promised to call me back, didn’t happen.
Called them again the next day and again, too many people ( females) shouting, laughing out loud and basically, totally unprofessional.
This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.
Safe to say there will be no recommendations from me from now on.
Avoid at all costs. If it’s like this trying to renew, god only knows what it would be like to make a claim.”

Now at the age of 75 and having been driving since 17 (58 years paying for insurance) and only ever made 1 claim in that time back in 1979 there seems to be better odds buying a lottery ticket.
Saying all that it's not GoSkippy's fault. Law states you must be insured.

Got to admit for many years I buy the cheapest comprehensive insurance I can get.
So far can't fault them, but the proof of the pudding will be how they handle it if I make a claim, and the price they quote next year.
I always change to a different company every year as you are always quoted at least 40% more plus for the following year with the insurance company you are with. Even without a claim. So much for customer loyalty. They are all the same.”
