“Unable to process my insurance online as website kept changing my answers so charged £20 to do it over the phone. Rang for advise on a couple of questions, informed they're not an advisor so cannot tell me how to answer the questions. Still waiting for confirmation of monthly payments but have received all other documents. Cannot comment any further as my insurance is yet to commence and I've not needed to call.”

“If I could give zero stars I would! Worst insurance company I have had to deal with in 22 years of driving! Going cheap isn’t the best. You get rude staff when you have a customer query, The online portal is so out of date and of poor quality, If you can’t use the portal to change your policy just give the rude staff a call and they will charge you an additional £15 just to talk to them! Absolute scam! They make it unusable for that reason they want to call and take more money. I wouldn’t recommend this company at all.”
