“Someone had hit my car while I was parked in a supermarket carpark. I didn't see who had done it as I was shopping. There was CCTV either side of my car so It would have been easy to see who had hit my car. I must have called GoSkippy at least 15 or 16 times, each time I was given an excuse as to why they haven't obtained the CCTV footage. Six months have now gone by and I was now due to renew my yearly car insurance. I received an email from GoSKippy saying that they haven't been able to get the CCTV footage and they wouldn't be able to renew my insurance, as if I would use this company again. I found GoSkippy very unhelpful and will not be using them again.”

“Phoned as I had a query on a new policy and Customer services answered straight away !! The man I spoke to was very courteous and answered my question clearly and quickly . GoSkippy was the cheapest quote for my new car and I would certainly recommend them.”
“So far so good. Buying was easy. Process was simple just being policy holder didnāt get to drive other cars and canāt see policy enhancement option anywhere yet. Probably I will have to call you people.
Overall a good experience best part didnāt feel like a Rip off.

“I've been misled. I've been told after my payment has been taken that I need to send proof of 5 YEARS NO CLAIMS. As a man approaching 60 I am not able to do this online or any other way. So, besides paying for two payments in a month (One Call and Go Skippy) I'm threatened with costs and cancellation of insurance.
I'm not happy at all and feel I've been badly informed from both companies.”
