“okey. after few call from your company we finally sort out the problem. and actually i was really upset about the situation and mistakes wasnt done by me, but the Mike, one of the Managers show me how your company deals with extraordinary situation , and all was done fast and correct. Want to thanks one more time to Mike for his service. and sorry about my mood . so finally the company sort out all the mistakes and i am back to the road. thank you guys. and sorry if something wrong from my side. have a great day.”

“ABSOLUTELY NOT FINE. JUST FOUND THERE IS MISTAKES DONE IN MY SURNAME, IN MY DRIVING LICENCE NUMBER. ALSO YOU ENTERED A SALOON CAR 5 SEATS, NOT AN MPV 7 SEATER AND NOW WANT TO TAKE EXTRA MONEY JUST BECAUSE YOU PROVIDE WRONG PRICES TO ME. WHO IS THAT FAULT?YOU GUYS WILL 100 PERCENT SAY MINE, BECAUSE THE ONLY THING YOU WANT THATS THE MONEY TO BE TRANSFERED FROM MY ACCOUNT. YOU ARE THE INSURANCE COMPANY WHO MUST HELP ME TO CHECK IF ALL DONE RIGHT, BUT LIKE I SEE YOU JUST DONT CARE. NOTHING PERSONAL JUST A BUSINESS YES? SORRY LAST REVIEW WAS WRONG. THAT ONE IS RIGHT.”

“I have always had a 30 day month insurance policy & have never gained any no claims bonus. This was mainly worried about the commitment of a year policy and the fact it was a lot of money. A member of your staff called “Natalie Telfair” from your Fornby branch really took the time to explain the benefits of getting a yearly policy. Having worked in sales myself I must admit her service was excellence and really was the reason that for the first time in 10 years I decided to take a yearly policy.”
