I was on telephone line for more than 15 minutes trying to get through. The customer service personnel by name of Paul was unhelpful. I think he didn’t send a copy of my certificate of insurance to Uber as I requested. Please step up your art.

Do weekly insurance but some times they forget to send details to IT department and car shows on MID as NOT Insured... You Guys need to be on top of things not good ...We as Drivers then get Stopped by police and harassed ...Not Fair ...

I have renewed my insurance around 17:30 today and the guy said you will receive your certificate in your email but 4-5 hours gone i didnt get my certificate
