The team here has over 25 years experience in this industry, we have literally done it all. We started out manufacturing and installing windows and doors and slowly progressed in to repairs. Now, we offer a very extensive range of repair parts for windows and doors.

With our knowledge and wide range of repair parts, we can solve any problems you may have with your uPVC windows and doors. Whether its a repair, upgrade or just some good old fashioned advice, we've got it.

“I originally bought the wrong one but they allowed me to return it and they suggested another one. When it arrived it was not a direct replacement. I had to modify it to allow the screw for the handle to go through it. I am still waiting for refund.”

“My rating is based more on delivery rather than the product. The product was absolutly perfect, however, I paid for delivery which was due on 10th Feb but got notified at 5.30pm that delivery was changed to the next day. This was inconvient as I had a client without a door lock for several days and had assured her I'd get it fitted on Monday night.”

“Sadly despite being advertised as same size hinges as we already had, the screw holes weren't the same places so were not able to use them. So a waste of money”

“Item came as one large piece, despite stating on the website that they would be in 20m pieces. Not a real problem. However the issue is how it came, the box was badly damaged, it looked like someone tired to open it and see what was inside and then realised it was 100m of window gasket! I would recommend GB DIY store, but caution about delivery”

“Overall fair to middling. The site and their customer service have been great with keeping in contact. But I have still not received the item I originally ordered. Paying extra for next day delivery and the item not turning up is pretty poor.”

“Ordered two window locks but when they arrived they had sent 600mm not 800mm as Ordered. Gave them a call as we were doing repairs on the schools and need them ASAP. They didn't answer so had to drive an hour to swop them and an hour back to keep my customer happy! Moral of the story is try and shop local!!!!!”

“I was happy with ordering and the speed of delivery. The letterbox is good. However, it was difficult to install because the screws provided along with it were too long. I was only able to install it by using a different set of screws which were shorter.”

“The vents arrived in good time. Down side I asked for instructions for fitting, none were in the parcel. When ordering it doesn't ask what colour you require inside so you only get the colour you order. So my windows are white inside and will look silly with graphite coloured vents. So looks like it costs twice to get what I require.”

“Very happy with item jut unreliable postage. Paid the higher posts fee for next day delivery but it took 3 days to arrive so would not recommend selecting next day delivery.”

“Had problems with next day delivery due to Royal Mail strikes. My item did eventually arrive, well packaged and in perfect condition. In a very generous gesture I was refunded my next day fee by GBdiy even though it was not their fault. Great service.”
