The team here has over 25 years experience in this industry, we have literally done it all. We started out manufacturing and installing windows and doors and slowly progressed in to repairs. Now, we offer a very extensive range of repair parts for windows and doors.

“The only reason I haven't scored more is because the seal could have been coiled round something, I now have to untangle it,, considering there's 60 MTRS I'm not looking forward to the task!!”

“Handles purchased were good replacement. One a little loose and one missing screw covers but did the job. Postage quick!”

“Yes, the item arrived promptly and got on with the replacement a.s.a.p. after a bit of head-scratching and mumbling it all went together in the door. The lock operates well and wifey is very happy.”

“Initially found product and store on Amazon, but concerned when reviews said non-oem. Further research led me to GBDiys own site where the images showed genuine parts, so ordered at a higher cost to Amazon. Realised after ordering that even though there is minimal differences in the two product descriptions and the same images are used there is a G version (genuine), and the version I ordered (which turned out to be the non genuine at a higher price then I could have purchased from Amazon). Part arrived quickly so can't fault that. One side the euro opening had to be filed as euro cylinder wouldn't fit. Couldn't send back, needed access to the house again. It did the job, wouldn't have bothered posting if it wasn't for the 4 review request emails I've received so far this morning!”

“Product as described and worked as expected. Didnt interact with company direct; all done via website order. Delivery slightly expensive for what it is; but generally all good.”

“Easy online ordering and quick delivery. Window drain caps involved will probably do the job but will require additional adhesion for secure attachment.”
