The team here has over 25 years experience in this industry, we have literally done it all. We started out manufacturing and installing windows and doors and slowly progressed in to repairs. Now, we offer a very extensive range of repair parts for windows and doors.

With our knowledge and wide range of repair parts, we can solve any problems you may have with your uPVC windows and doors. Whether its a repair, upgrade or just some good old fashioned advice, we've got it.

“One half of the split spindle mechanism broke on my main entrance door lock. The original was a Maco lock and of the sellers I tried, GB DIY Store had the best reviews for speed and great service and they eren't proved wrong! The website search was precise and immediately allowed me to identify the lock, the ordering system was simple and accurate, and the order was processed on Monday morning and the lock arrived befor midday on Tuesday. Oh, and the price was lower than most of the competition. What more could you possibly ask for? Don't bother looking anywhere else, just save time and use these guys, spot on!”

“I bought a 24 and a 6 meter rolls which came very quick. I measured the 6 meter roll and it was short by 30 cm. The 24 meter roll was longer by 50cm. Fortunately i always add a meter on when buying door seals. I will still give it 5 stars though for the quick delivery.”

“I have a front door with I now know is a Millanco117 lock which the handle was turning but not opening the lock. I found GBDIY online (saw Peter Knights review of similar) and decided to call. The man on the phone asked if I am “handy”. I told him I am DIY handy enough and he said give it a go then. He advises me it would probably be the cam which is broken and not the whole lock. So he told me to buy a new cam for about £20 instead of a whole lock for about £150. Amazing cause if he would have told me I needed a lock i wouldn’t know any better myself. So he saved me probably £130 in parts and also gave me a bit of advise about looking out for the ball bearings inside. That gave me the confidence to have a go myself instead of calling a locksmith which would have cost a fortune probably. Really good. Today with the added help of a YouTube video I have fixed the lock and it is all working perfectly now. Thanks so much. Really good. PS. I tried to add photos but it won’t upload - don’t know why. Please pass this message to the GBDIY team as the man on the phone should remember this and it’s good to have some good feedback I hope!”

“Finding the right part was made easy with the company's very detailed measurements drawing. I was able to tick each measurement off unlike some websites where I was left scratching my head with just two measurements to compare against. The ordering process was straight forward. I ordered on Friday afternoon and I fitted it on Monday afternoon. That was with just standard postage.”
