The team here has over 25 years experience in this industry, we have literally done it all. We started out manufacturing and installing windows and doors and slowly progressed in to repairs. Now, we offer a very extensive range of repair parts for windows and doors.

With our knowledge and wide range of repair parts, we can solve any problems you may have with your uPVC windows and doors. Whether its a repair, upgrade or just some good old fashioned advice, we've got it.

“I only placed my order late Sunday afternoon. I’ve got in my hand by Wednesday morning post. Absolutely fantastic service. Second to none. I’d defiantly buy from GBDIY again! I purchase a new Yale door lock gearbox case unit, because my old one had a lots of ware and the latch wouldn’t retract enough to allow me to open the door once the sun had expanded it. It’s only a fraction of a ‘mm’ but a bit embarrassing when delivery’s arrive on, a hot sunny day!”

“After months of trying to find a replacement door gearbox having been given the wrong make by two different locksmiths I contacted GBDIY and spoke with Dave R. What a star, he was able to identify exactly the right one that I needed, great service, just fitted it to my daughters door, we can both sleep soundly tonight, thank you Dave.”

“Excellent service Product dispatched same day sent through the post office. (Tracked) Post office decided to sent the product around the Midlands a couple of times then switch off the tracking After four days contacted GB DIY Store Replacement sent out same day again tracked by Royal Mail This time arrived the following day Cannot fault GB DIY Store Royal Mail failed yet again”
