“1st order with “pride shop “ Never arrived despite ordering it couple week in advance for my local pride . After waiting for emails back said repost and blamed Royal Mail I don’t think blame is on mail service but poor service of the gay pride shop If you send out post like this your quote/sayings If you haven't received your order yet or it has been delayed, please could we ask that you contact us first, before leaving a review. Sometimes orders can get lost by Royal Mail. Looks like happens often if that’s the case and you get lots of problems why not use another carrier service .. Own up “ gay pride shop to your errors Don’t try pull the wool over our eyes”

“Hello Jason None of the items I ordered have arrived and I am very upset about it. The item was for a wedding cake and I have now had to source other items last minute and no one was available to help me. So poor overall.
