“I don't normally leave bad reviews but I've been trying to contact you via email for a few weeks with no response. A couple of weeks ago I placed book order. However, one of the books I recieved was not what I ordered. I would appricate if someone could get this sorted for me. Otherwise a really great shop.”

“I appreciate the discreet packaging and how quickly the items arrive, however there have been numerous times I received a refund but was not informed as to why. The lack of communication is quite disappointing, and the fact that this has happened every time I have ordered books makes me not want to order from here again.”
