“Shopping experience online was great, and obviously a huge selection. Almost guaranteed to find something for everybody. Unfortunately I’m having trouble with Royal Mail. I can’t even see if my package has left the UK yet, so if someone could get in contact with me to help, that would be great. I just know that’s not the shop’s fault.”

“I was looking for cute rainbow accessories like bracelets and while I was browsing, I found there were so many other options I didn't know I wanted. I ended up buying 4 or 5 items instead. However, when my package arrived, one of the main items I was excited for was missing. It was a pair of thighhigh socks I was looking forward to but instead, there was a note saying it was out of stock and I had been refunded. The note had a ':(' face on it which felt human, but I still would have preferred to have been contacted by email letting me know. I would have chosen another pair that was in stock. I'm disappointed the site was not up to date about what was in stock.”
