“During the course of arranging insurance for me, I had on-going medical conditions lasting almost 12 months and covering 4 different disciplines. Throughout this period the staff at Future Proof were consistently positive and supportive despite rejections from major insurers such as Zurich. Eventually, they were able to secure the insurance I needed and acted in a thoroughly professional manner throughout.”

“The customer service I have had from Lewis Breach has been excellent. I wanted to cancel a term policy & switch to whole of life or possibly take out a funeral plan. I knew what a whole of life policy was but little about funeral plans. Lewis explained clearly how the funeral plan works & sent me quotes for both. I opted for whole of life but when I rang to proceed just a few days later the premium has substantially risen. Lewis searched for a better deal but couldn't match my original quote so he rang the company to see if they would honour my quote as it was only a few days old and they said yes. Lewis promptly emailed me with the news. He has rung at all the agreed times (might not seem a big thing but more often than not I experience people not doing as they promised). If all your employees are like Lewis then you must have a high performing company. If they are not then they could learn a lot from Lewis.”

“Everyone I have had conversations with at Future Proof over the last few years, David Mead, Sarah Mead, Amy Whittington, has been very friendly, helpful and easy to talk to. In trying to get life insurance, which hasn't been the easiest task, they have kept me informed all the way through, and been kind and empathetic with the long list of medical questions which are sometimes hard to talk about. I felt they really wanted to do the best they could for me. Thank you Future Proof.”
