“Andrienn the lady who Advised me was knowledgable, she listen to my needs and concerns, as it was due to being sold the wrong insurance in the first place I needed to change. She helped me , and I Feel that I now have something for my family to pay funeral expenses xxx”

“Dealt with Amy Whittingham who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and very pleasant to deal with. She also listened to my needs and only suggested relevant solutions. Due to business commitments I took a long time to finalise a Policy but Amy kept in touch infrequently and at no time did she pester me or pressurise me for a decision. I would recommend Future Proof in the future.”

“Our point of contact Amy Whittingham was very good. She helped ensure that we supplied the right medical information so we weren't paying too much for insurance. Plus very patient, as we took ages to get everything sorted out at our end.”

“Although I have held my policies with your company for at least 2 years now I am still getting the occasional call telling me my policy is not " in Trust" ? I am not sure if this is someone impersonating a member of your staff or your left hand isn't sure what your right hand is doing.”
