“Fultons helped me during the purchase of my first home and I couldn’t have asked for better. “Having used Kerry and Louise before and been hugely impressed with their work, I had no hesitation in contacting them when I was preparing to sell my house. I wasn't disappointed again. As someone who places a great deal of emphasis on communication, the quick and clear replies from Kerry and Louise were a big help. They always show a high level of thoroughness and professionalism in everything they do and remove so much of the stress from selling a house. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.”

“Fulton was recommended to me by my cousin who used them to sell her house. She jokingly said that the solicitor Kerrie would work faster than I would be able to keep up with and she wasn’t wrong. Really efficient, speedy and friendly service from all at Fulton. Would recommend them to anyone.”

“Kerry at Fultons was nothing short of excellent to work with, dealing with a difficult and stressful case for me with many hurdles and speedbumps, from start to finish she was extremely responsive, proactive, and meticulous in ensuring no stone was left unturned. Speed was critical for me on this transaction, and Kerry went above and beyond, constantly chasing up all parties for me. Her efficiency and determination to get things done as quickly as possible for me helped me massively. Will definitely be using Fultons services again for my property transactions going forward.”

“Absolutely amazing service, so good at responding and communication was constant during the process of buying my first home. They were extremely patient as I am a first time buyer with loads of questions, they answered every question and made sure to explain everything as best as possible. “I have been trying to find the right words to express my gratitude to such an amazing team of dedicated professional people. Kerry and Louise are those angels that make meracles happen Buying my new house wasn't an ordinary case. In fact, it was rather complex, The whole process would have taken to some others' solicitor weeks. I did not have that length of time, and yet miraculously, they made it possible in just a few days. Although they were working against the clock and under tremendous pressure, they all were always calm and so approachable even after working hours. Kerry walked me through the entire process with so much kindness and patience, always making sure it was the best deal for me. “We have recently sold two flats in Cumbernauld and Fulton’s have acted for us in both of these transactions. Their service was very good and Kerry Ritchie was extremely effective at ensuring we were kept fully informed about the progress of the transactions throughout. Everything involved in the transactions was handled quickly, efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. The fee for the transactions was reasonable and fair. We would thoroughly recommend anybody selling a property to engage Fulton’s to act for them during the sale process.”

“Kerry was exceptionally helpful and professional in dealing with my late mum’s estate, including selling her flat. She fully explained the complex legal process involved, and my responsibilities as the Executor. She was proactive in chasing some of the tardy organisations who held up events, and kept me fully informed throughout. She answered any questions I raised in a timely and patient manner. Along with Louise she ensured that the sale of the flat progressed as quickly and as smoothly as possible. I would have no hesitation in using Fulton’s again. I cannot praise them highly enough.”
