“Buying and Selling property can be an extremely stressful experience however working with the team at Fulton's definitely eased this stress. “Absolutely outstanding service from start to finish. I've yet to come across a solicitor firm as good as these guys and I own a finance brokerage and have completed 1000s of transactions. Highly recommend, Kerry and the team were 10/10. Thank you for making things so easy with our house move, and I'll be using you time and time again that's for certain!”

“Kerry and Louise were so helpful with our property purchase. As first time buyer, we were pretty scared about the entire process. “Wow! What a fantastic service we had from our lawyer Kerry Ritchie from Fulton Solicitors! She was incredibly thorough and timely. She communicated with us throughout the whole process of completion for our new home and deserves a bigger thank you than we can give. All the other staff involved were amazing and efficient including Talitha and Lousie! What a great team of people. I would definitely use Fulton's again and would recommend them to all.”

“Extremely helpful from start to finish with efficient reply’s to every email! Highly recommend, will definitely use again in the future! The price for fees was the best on the market I could find I had tried multiple different firms and Fultons were considerably lower. My 2nd time purchasing a house but felt this time went very smoothly and the secure room to upload ID documents was very straightforward. Can’t fault any part of the process was completed in less than 6 weeks end to end.”

“Having used Kerry and Louise before and been hugely impressed with their work, I had no hesitation in contacting them when I was preparing to sell my house. I wasn't disappointed again. As someone who places a great deal of emphasis on communication, the quick and clear replies from Kerry and Louise were a big help. They always show a high level of thoroughness and professionalism in everything they do and remove so much of the stress from selling a house. I would have no hesitation in recommending them.”
