“The team at Fulton’s made the process of buying my first home a very smooth and easy one. Everything was taken care of on my behalf and they were always at the end of the phone or email for any questions I had. Since this was my first time purchasing a home, Louise and Kerry took their time to explain the procedure to me and were very helpful at each step. I could not recommend them enough, they made the whole process very stress-free.”

“After an issue that meant our first solicitor's were unable to represent us with purchasing our first home, we were forwarded to Fulton's. It was a pleasure doing business with them. The whole process of working with Kerry and Louise went by without any hiccups and couldn't have gone any easier. They were very fast at responding to any questions we had and were very good at explaining/breaking down parts of the process that we didn't fully understand.”

“I cannot recommend Fulton’s highly enough. Kerry and her team have once again made the sale of my flat seamless and taken all of the usual stresses out of the process. I always feel like I’m in safe hands. Kerry, in particular, is very good at being pro-active and keeping me up to date every step of the way (which is a rare find in the conveyancing world).”

“We just bought a new house and Kerry, Louise & Paul were fantastic! Between our lender and the other side we were delayed a couple of weeks but they were able to keep on top of things and communicated everything with us very quickly, meaning we were able to pull things back around.”

“Paul and Siobhan at Fulton’s Mount Florida were excellent. I had a few complications as I was in a long chain but they helped to make the process as simple as possible! They are thorough, very prompt in responding and I felt my interests were truly considered in every decision made. Wonderful service and would highly recommend to friends and family. “There work from these guys are 💯 percent follow you threw step by step always up dates as the sale of your house goes from start date too end date always answer anything asap too very good service once again a always come back too them time after time when a need there services kerry the solicitor and her colleague Louise who’s the paralegal very good too at there jobs thanks again”

“This from start to finish was a brilliant experience for me using Fulton’s , even when Paul was on holiday he had Kerry step in to help who was brilliant also . My house purchase was a very sensitive time and issue for me and Paul and his team handled it very well and nothing was done without asking me first , everything that was done was for my benefit and interest, I had a few bumps on the way which Paul was more then happy just to help me out and was brilliant at giving advice and helping during what was a very difficult time. As things were looking to go on after Xmas Paul and his team worked their magic to get my purchase over the line just before the Xmas shutdown and was even prepared to work during Xmas if needed to help me out and sort it. This was not needed in the end and it was sorted before then. I cannot thank Fulton’s especially Paul and Kelly enough . They are a fantastic team and I would highly recommend them in a heartbeat”

“Kerry and Louise at Fultons were exceptional during our recent house sale - the sale itself was troublesome (Through no fault of Fultons) with many ups and downs over a period of 6-7 months but Kerry was always quick to reply to emails/phone calls and give advice. I wouldn't think twice about using Fultons in the future.”
