“Having been in the property industry for over 20 years I was referred to this company by my solicitor as we had a conflict of interest with the buyer. The service was exceptional and I cannot pick fault. Response was quick, friendly and accurate. Price was fair and for the service levels given great value for money.”

“Absolutely amazing service, so good at responding and communication was constant during the process of buying my first home. They were extremely patient as I am a first time buyer with loads of questions, they answered every question and made sure to explain everything as best as possible. “I have been trying to find the right words to express my gratitude to such an amazing team of dedicated professional people. Kerry and Louise are those angels that make meracles happen Buying my new house wasn't an ordinary case. In fact, it was rather complex, The whole process would have taken to some others' solicitor weeks. I did not have that length of time, and yet miraculously, they made it possible in just a few days. Although they were working against the clock and under tremendous pressure, they all were always calm and so approachable even after working hours. “We have recently sold two flats in Cumbernauld and Fulton’s have acted for us in both of these transactions. Their service was very good and Kerry Ritchie was extremely effective at ensuring we were kept fully informed about the progress of the transactions throughout. Everything involved in the transactions was handled quickly, efficiently and with a minimum of fuss. The fee for the transactions was reasonable and fair. “I don't think I can say enough about how excellent Fulton's were throughout my property purchase. Stefanie in particular was fantastic and dealt with my queries with patience and skill. She was always on the ball and made sure I was updated throughout the whole process. Stefanie made sure I was aware of what steps I had to take and was fully transparent on the fees for Fulton's services.
