“I used Fulton's for the sale of my flat on the southside of Glasgow, on the recommendation of my estate agent. They efficiently dealt with any queries and, once I had an offer, Kerry and Louise ensured that everything went through as easily as possible. They also acted for us in buying a house - despite some issues on the seller's side, they were able to make sure that things kept moving and the planned completion date was achieved - we had the keys by 10am! Great communication throughout.”

“I’ve been using Louise Thomson at fultons for years and wouldn’t go anywhere else she’s been great but this time we had a lot of challenges both on a purchase and the sale. Both Louise and Kerry are there and available be it phone or email. My sale completed yesterday late afternoon but my funds are in the bank which I didn’t expect. I cannot recommend these ladies highly enough. I’m not one to write reviews but this times it’s merited. Thank you for all your hard work patience and empathy.”

“Fulton's solicitors acted for me in the sale of my property. My Estate Agent recommended them and I was a bit apprehensive at first when i saw that they were a Glasgow based company, me living near Edinburgh. I thought I would have to travel to Glasgow to sign documents. My fears were unfounded however. Everything was done by e-mail. Their services were first class. I mainly dealt with Kerry who was amazing. She was very professional and kept me updated throughout. If I had any questions she responded immediately. I was very pleased with their final bill also. I would certainly recommend Fulton's Solicitors.”

“I have dealt with Kerry and Louise of Fulton's for the purchase and subsequent sale of the same property and would highly recommend them. Both transactions were dealt with very professionally. They were easy to deal with, diliegent and prompt with communcation. Having had issues with larger firms in the past, I found it refreshing to work with a firm who have your best interests in mind. Will continue to use Fulton's in future.”

“Excellent service! We could not fault fulton solicitors and would highly recommend! We had Kerry Ritchie as our solicitor who was professional, efficient and friendly. “The team at Fulton's - Yolanda, Kerry and Louise are just simply amazing! They are ready to go the extra mile for the customer and literally put themselves in our shoes. I was especially surprised (in a good way) when the team took the time out to get on a call with me to respond to all my questions (all this while I was travelling overseas). “I used Fulton's solicitors to sell my flat. Their service was straight forward; clear and easy to understand. Fulton's have an option to use online identification services which I found useful because I do not stay in Glasgow anymore. The fees were reasonable and proposed timeframes of proceedings were also adhered to. No concerns overall, good, prompt and affordable services”

“could not fault Fultons at all in the selling and buying process they were perfect from start to finish, doing everything over the phone or email was perfect for us. The team were so responsive to any questions and issues we had going above and beyond at every turn and even kept on top of me when the process got so overwhelming that I thought I had replied to emails and I had missed some, they checked in with gentle reminders that kept me on track with what I still needed to do. Would definitely recommend and use again in future.”
