“Great young guys Mitch (Mitchel) and Jordan. They fixed my drainage problem within 15 minutes They kept the appointment on time. While working and providing the service there was a friendly jolly good atmosphere. Made all the effort to do the job. Service was Great!! can not fault (to you guys 5 STARS) Overall Service Rating and Evaluation: Four Stars NOT FIVE STARS explanation as below:- F S DRAINAGE Quotes "There are no hidden extra charges. You’ll know what you’re going to pay beforehand. We believe that to provide a real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity. That’s why it is our mission to encourage openness and transparency within our business – after all it is what we’re judged on" These below 5 items( to award 1 stars on each item) which was also mentioned on their website but did not keep to their word on 2 items hence given 4 stars 1. Prices from £40.00 + VAT (Was charged 75+VAT) NO STAR 2. Available 24/7 GIVEN 1 STAR 3.Fixed Prices(not happy as price quoted over the phone was £40.00+VAT unless the prices refers to some hidden extras ) 4. 2-hour response time( Excellent timing can't fault) GIVEN 1 STAR 5. 6-month guarantee(No warranty or no paperwork or text message to backup the job done) NO STAR BUT “Good service , arrived on time and got a quick appointment. The GUYS were great like able 2 STARS HENCE TOTAL 4 STARS Thanks a lot Mitch & Jordan keep up the good work & keep smiling. Will use again because you ARE GREAT GUYS!!! ( I given you both 5 stars it is FS Drainage needs to keep to their quote)”

“Mitch and Jordan were great guys and did a brilliant job. Had a plumber look at it a day earlier and wasted my money. Would use them again but hopefully not too soon! Check them out if required......”

“My name is James Bogere @ 41 Sutton Grove. Problem To Fix: Blocked Drainage Today I was given service by two of your field guys, young vibrant happy and quite upbeat and lovely to meet. Mitch (Mitchel) and Jordan. They fixed my drainage problem within minutes They kept the appointment on the dot 11:45 am Throughout their time of delivering the service there was a friendly jolly good atmosphere. They are professionals and brilliant at what they do. Type of Service: Superb Quality of service: Brilliant Quantity of Service: Man, Material and Money: Man in that they were available to do the job no fluffing about Material: They were equipped to get the job done very well to the best of their ability Money: They worked for and deserved every £ that was charged on this call Service Rating and Evaluation: Five Star and Excellent Thanks a lot Mitch & Jordan keep up the good work”

“Both Mitchel & Jordan where very professional, polite and complete the job to a very high standard. I like the personal touch of calls to advise with you will be arriving and additional call to advise on anticipated time of arrival, speedy turn around from raising a problem to completion. “George of Fs was amazing - was more than equipped for clearing a blocked sink which is now back to normal; ridding us of the remaining sewage left as other neighbours in the building also reported a drainage issue. Mr Stewart”
