“Rob was brilliant. Turned up quickly and rectified the issue in minutes. I'd been thinking we'd need the whole system cleaned but he reassured me that he could save me the cost and give a 6 month guarantee. Would really recommend!”

“Called on a Sunday morning and had the engineer with us within a few hours. Good professional and efficient service with conscientious worker who managed to clear our drain blockage after a few processes. Would highly recommend if you need an AI service.”

“Robert was great. I was worried about getting the fees ramped up because I didn't have a recommendation. So I went with FS based on their reviews and reasonable price. Pricing was clear. Robert worked as quickly as is reasonable and was really efficient. Job done within the hour, using the more expensive kit - but totally fair enough having witnessed him working & the task I gave him! Thanks”

“Gabriel was exceptionally quick and efficient at unblocking an overflowing sewerage drain/manhole. Would recommend him and the company to anyone. Very good value for money. I was expecting the job to be 3 or 4 times more expensive.”

“I give it 5 stars. I can find no fault with my experience with FS! I was impressed with the way in which the work was carried out. The operator was friendly and very helpful and having been in the engineering business was impressed with the equipment used and its pristine condition! Arrived on time and cost was reasonable. Would highly recommend your company to my friends.”

“having said they could not fit my problem in, they called me back and said that they could do it after all. Their operative was pretty much on time, explained the problem, sorted it and even went to another property’s manhole to ensure a complete clearance. He further gave advice to contact Anglian Water to inform them that the problem might be repeated etc.”
