“FS, and the two service people they sent to my house, were excellent. I could argue about the price of the service rendered, as four thousand pounds is a lot of money for something you essentially can't see the results of. This aside, such specialist work is only handled by a few. FS answered all my questions and provided thorough reports and infomation as to their process and practice, this includes the initial survey done of the drains seven months prior. The on-site team were polite and diligent in their work which took nearly the entire day. Also, they happily explained the process and materials being used and took me through the results of the works. I would recommend FS services for any and all drainage issues with your home.”

“Hi Avoid this company at all costs , had them out to unblock my drain Took over 2 hrs and still the drain was not unblocked All they seemed interested in was telling me I was going into the next 1/2 hr and that just kept piling on the costs Subsequently had to call another firm out who charged me a third of what they charged and cleared the problem in 1 hr I was informed they took so long so they could charge me more Very dissatisfied”

“Great young guys Mitch (Mitchel) and Jordan. They fixed my drainage problem within 15 minutes They kept the appointment on time. While working and providing the service there was a friendly jolly good atmosphere. Made all the effort to do the job. Service was Great!! can not fault (to you guys 5 STARS) Overall Service Rating and Evaluation: Four Stars NOT FIVE STARS explanation as below:- F S DRAINAGE Quotes "There are no hidden extra charges. You’ll know what you’re going to pay beforehand. We believe that to provide a real service you must add something which cannot be bought or measured with money, and that is sincerity and integrity. That’s why it is our mission to encourage openness and transparency within our business – after all it is what we’re judged on" These below 5 items( to award 1 stars on each item) which was also mentioned on their website but did not keep to their word on 2 items hence given 4 stars 1. Prices from £40.00 + VAT (Was charged 75+VAT) NO STAR 2. Available 24/7 GIVEN 1 STAR 3.Fixed Prices(not happy as price quoted over the phone was £40.00+VAT unless the prices refers to some hidden extras ) 4. 2-hour response time( Excellent timing can't fault) GIVEN 1 STAR 5. 6-month guarantee(No warranty or no paperwork or text message to backup the job done) NO STAR BUT “Good service , arrived on time and got a quick appointment. The GUYS were great like able 2 STARS HENCE TOTAL 4 STARS Thanks a lot Mitch & Jordan keep up the good work & keep smiling. Will use again because you ARE GREAT GUYS!!! ( I given you both 5 stars it is FS Drainage needs to keep to their quote)”

“The service was friendly, prompt and the engineer who came along was extremely knowledgeable. He arrived within three hours of Michael and the company kept me informed about his timing. He cured the problem. The service is not particularly cheap, but the company and their engineer solved my problem.”

“Many thanks to Gabriel and Harry who mapped my waste water drain recently. Virtually no mess despite working from indoors and able to watch the camera on their monitor during the process. The only downside was a delay in providing the report/invoice because of a hiccup with my email address otherwise very satisfied with the service.”
