“The guy who came out to us - we are a support service for vulnerable adults - was prompt, did the job well, cleaned up afterwards, and called me as the manager to talk through the issues and made recommendations, and then provided a comprehensive report, with pictures, to show what had gone wrong. Couldn't ask for a better service. He was friendly and polite as well!”

“Brilliant service all very professional. Problems started to arise in the restaurant on a Sunday evening and phoned in. Robert arrived within 45mins. Robert was a source of great help, talk us through the problem step by step. Issue involving the drains was resolved under an hour. Highly recommend FS Drainage!!”

“Excellent efficient and courteous service. Mitch called to advise me of his arrival time - and he was punctual. He kept me completely across what was happening and what the costs would be. I don’t feel he wasted a second and he mended my dishwasher brilliantly. I could t be more impressed”

“FS Drainage Svcs (especially Mitch) proved to be reliable, respectful and professional. Mitch was in contact to let me know when he would arrive. He turned up early! Mitch advised me what needed to be done to clear the blockage and offered me options before he started. Mitch worked like a Trojan to clear the blockage. What impressed me totally was his refusal to give up when he ran into an in expected problem, he used his experience to clear the problem. Amazing work Mitch!”

“This was an amazing service. Friendly, super quick and sorted out the ‘blocked pipes’ problem for me. Would definitely use again. Mitch also was very professional and covid aware, wore a face mask throughout, taking care to wipe down the surfaces with detergent following the work. Thanks 😊”
