I got a ring back from a human the next day to confirm the order (I’d chose an option that wasn’t available so they flagged that and initiated a refund) and to let me know when to expect delivery.

Few minor damage issues upon delivery however a replcement fridge was sent out and a partial refund issued. Couldnt of been better service.
