The plastic packaging on every item is ridiculous. It's taken us over 7 hours just to get the plastic off. Its been put on under screws so almost impossible to get completely off. We now have sore fingers. Its unbelievably unenviromentally friendly and has now resulted in over 4 bin bags of waste that will never decompose.
The instructions are non existent so its trial and error to make sure that we are putting it together correctly. The shelves dont have any instructions at all.
Customer service when buying the product were good, but lack of instructions and over use of plastic has made me irritated and frustrated
