“A fantastic experience from start to finish. The motorhome was immaculate and virtually new. All of the staff at Freedhome, from the initial booking right through to returning the vehicle, are experienced, friendly and thoroughly professional. I can't recommend this company highly enough.”

“Excellent customer service throughout. The motorhome was pure luxury and the additional touches they provide are great. This is our second time hiring with Freedhome and are already considering a third. All communication was professional but friendly, and Greg who checks the motorhomes in and out is a credit to the business. Can't recommend enough.”

“The service we had from the staff of Freehome Luxury Motorhome hire was great. Correpondance and feedback were very efficient. Since it was the first time, everything was explained to the minimal detail. All the experience was amazing, the vehicle was spot clean and and very modern and comfortable, provided with everything one needs for such an adverturous holiday like the one we had around the North Coast of Scotland.”

“I have used Freedhome twice and wouldn't dream of going anywhere else. The fleet of motorhomes are in fantastic condition and there is a great range to choose from. It can be a little daunting at first but the staff are really friendly and helpful. You get all the instruction you need so you feel totally in control and safe. You can also contact them throughout your trip if there are problems ( not that we had to). I would highly recommend them”

“We were converted to motorhoming 5 years ago and have used Freedhome every time - we are already in the process of booking our 7th hire from them for 2020! Says it all really... There is an amazing choice to suit different budgets and groups, but each motorhome comes to you immaculate and looking like new. They are very well equipped and there are many thoughtful touches, such as tea, coffee and milk, so you can make that all important first brew. The reservations team, headed by Angela, are incredibly helpful, and I can recommend giving them a call if you have any queries. They also hold regular open days, when you can view each of the vans and see which is right for you. We were initially nervous about driving such a large vehicle, but you quickly get used to it, and this year had no hesitation about taking our van up to the Outer Hebrides, the home of single track roads! The handover team are very knowledgable and patient and do a great job of making you feel confident in knowing how every system runs and how to maintain the motorhome. We had a few minor issues with our motorhome this year, but the back up support is excellent, and we were able to resolve things quickly. The highlight of each holiday for me, is finding a "wild" camping spot, in a beautiful place, and parking up with no one else around - bliss!”

“The customer service was second to none but on our way to the camp site a wheel trim came off on the motorway unbeknown to us and we have been charged £47 to replace it. Please make sure that all the wheel hubs are secure and fitting correctly before you set off.”

“This was our first experience of a motorhome, and we hired it for the Silverstone GP for 5 nights. Being first-timers we were excited but a little apprehensive about the size and practicality of living in a motorhome. We had no need to worry. The whole booking and pre-collection service was excellent. On the day of collection we had a thorough walk through of the working of the motorhome and were very happy with the handover. Having arrived on site we had an issue with the electrics. I emailed the team and within a short time I received a call, talking me through what I needed to do. It our fault as "rookies" not fully understanding the controls, and after the call everything went smoothly. On collection the motorhome was spotless - it could have been brand new. On return the inspection check was friendly and quick. We opted for the 4 berth Geneva even though there was only 2 of us. This was a good choice as it was our home for 5 nights and the extra space was invaluable. If we ever hire a motorhome in the future we would undoubtedly use Freedhome. Well done everyone involved.”

“This was the third time this year we’ve hired a motorhome from Freedhome. The service is excellent from Angela and Nicole in the office to Greg and Ian at hand-over. The team can’t do enough for you, the one hour tutorial before you drive away covers every aspect of the van to ensure you thoroughly enjoy your holiday. If anything untoward does happen while you’re away, there are plenty of contact numbers and instruction manuals to assist you. On collection the motorhomes are in absolute pristine condition and with a full tank, all you have to do is drive away, enjoy yourself and return it tanked up and with a clean interior. We’ll be hiring again next year and no doubt many more times in the future. Well done and thank you Freedhome.”
