This was our first experience of a motorhome, and we hired it for the Silverstone GP for 5 nights. Being first-timers we were excited but a little apprehensive about the size and practicality of living in a motorhome. We had no need to worry. The whole booking and pre-collection service was excellent. On the day of collection we had a thorough walk through of the working of the motorhome and were very happy with the handover. Having arrived on site we had an issue with the electrics. I emailed the team and within a short time I received a call, talking me through what I needed to do. It our fault as "rookies" not fully understanding the controls, and after the call everything went smoothly. On collection the motorhome was spotless - it could have been brand new. On return the inspection check was friendly and quick. We opted for the 4 berth Geneva even though there was only 2 of us. This was a good choice as it was our home for 5 nights and the extra space was invaluable. If we ever hire a motorhome in the future we would undoubtedly use Freedhome. Well done everyone involved.
