“Had venetian blinds fitted yesterday. Excellent service from start to finish (even put up with me being indecisive 😂). Measured, ordered, delivered & fitted within 3 weeks! Fitted by Tomasz, who completed the very tidy, speedy & professional installation by explaining the product and after care! I have a further order due in February and I shall certainly ask for him again. Outstanding value for money! Friendly service from everyone I’ve spoken to or come into contact with. Not had any problems so I can’t comment on how they’d deal with dissatisfaction or complaints but going on the experience I have had I’d anticipate anything would be dealt with fairly and hassle free.”

“Tomaz arrive early which was fantastic for me. He was extremely friendly, a bit of a perfectionist to be honest. He did a remarkable job of finishing my shutter blinds. He was so polite and explained everything perfectly. I would ask for Tomaz to return”

“Perfect customer service from quotation by Ian and customer care by Joe in the office right through to the fitting of our perfect fit blinds was excellent. The fitter Tomasz was excellent. Humble, happy and extremely professional. It’s was the best way to start my Monday morning. We all love the blinds. “This is my second time using FJB. My Venetian and roller blinds were fitted by Tomasz who was polite, punctual, friendly and cleaned up after himself. He explained the mechanisms for each of the blinds and asked if I had any further questions. He was an excellent worker who is a credit to the company.”
