“My (FIRST!) purchases arrived in good order and the Bulgar Wheat was cling wrapped (half way round the sack!) and maybe it's best to put them just in a plastic bag that degrades and can be reused if necessary. Manufacturers are mostly lazy whan it comes to the environment, it was good to see lots of paper being used. The pot pearl barley was not cling wrapped and would have been better in a bag that degrades again. Otherwise It was a very speedy delivery on a Sunday with another item from a different company on the same delivery run. The parcels arrived intact, which was a boon as my other large boxed item was very badly damaged. The Bulgar Wheat seems of a very high quality and the Pot Barley still needs to be opened. My main concern is putting such large items as the 25 kl sizes into a reusable self sealing bag for ease of storage, and cutomers wouldn't mind paying that bit more if the bags are costly, it would just make the delivery and safe storage of the items less worrysome and hassle free for the customer their end of the purchase/s. Finally the string sealing the sack of Bulgar Wheat was a little difficult to fathom it out to be able to just pull which ever end would unravel the string with one easy pull, maybe make that a bit easier as one row was easy to unravel the second row was not and had to be fiddled with for a while, Maybe highlight with bright marker pen which string's end to pull?”

“Always a great service. We buy lots of healthy goodness month after month and never have any issues. If something pops in the package during delivery, they always refund or knock it off our next order, so not complaints. Prices are good too. Highly recommend as a one stop shop for all things healthy...and a few sneaky treats too!”
