“I order many products from here from dates to spices and my staple rice and lentils. The products are of high quality compared to other organic brand. One time I received a package of 25kg bag of rice that unfortunately ripped upon transit. The packing was solid but it must have been thrown upon transit. I mentioned it to the company and they kindly sent me replacement bag immediately followed by a lengthy email explaining how robust their packing it, which I agree. The customer service was incredibly helpful and I did not expect a replacement, it was a very considerate offer. All the products are great quality too.”
