“Not really happy at all with the product it doesn’t sit on the stand properly and the hood holes thag have been drilled don’t line up so it pulls on the bedding on one side.”

“I'm afraid not a good review as the cream waffle Moses basket set was far too small for the standard John Lewis Moses Basket it was purchased to fit! Check the measurements with Your Little One by email before ordering. Stupidly I didn't but just assumed it was a standard size & threw the plastic wrap so unable to return. Shame as the Anyday John Lewis Moses Basket comes with a rather basic liner so wanted something a bit fuller.”

“Not happy with the order I received. The cot bed was damaged. Customer service very bad still waiting on reply and replacement. I needed the cot bed put up urgently for my little one as he's grown out of his basket. Not a happy customer”

“I gave a two star due to the fact my emails were being answered quickly when I first had a problem but the customer service is disgusting.. you can never speak to someone on the phone, my travel system wheels kept breaking and I was sent out more, until my frame snapped whilst my four month old son was in his pram, I’ve had nothing but problems since a week later and still no refund although I was offered a new frame!! Really !! As if I was ever going to put my baby in danger again. All quick to offer a new frame and whelks but different story when I would like a refund…. Just avoid this company”

“I got the Trike V2 for my son’s birthday, not only did it turn up later than suggested it was the hardest thing to put together. Instructions are appalling and even after contacting customer service they never acknowledged the difficulty I was having with the instructions. They proceeded to send me parts that were missing and I feel like I wasted £79.99. Gave 2 stars because the look of the trike is actually nice and I liked the fact the seat can lean back.”

“The wrong items arrived. The bedding was the wrong colour and the mattress did not fit the Moses basket. I was messaged with the address to return at my own cost and the message just said the mattress was for a baby pod, I checked the website and it is described as Moses basket mattress. I have had no further reply so now have a mattress and bedding set I cannot use and 35.00 out of pocket!”

“Received in damaged box, was dumped in my back garden in the rain and got soaking wet along with the ‘sheets I bought. Emailed them and explained this and they offered my a discount to wash the products? I’m having a baby in a weeks time, bad pelvic girdle pain. Last thing I want to be doing is washing a wet mattress to make sure it’s clean and safe for baby. If this was case I’d of bought a second hand one.”

“We placed our order and paid for "Next day delivery". There was nothing in the T&Cs for next day delivery nor was there any details of a cut off time so of course we assumed by placing an order at 4pm on Thursday we would receive it on Friday. When we learnt that the order was dispatched on Friday instead of being delivered Friday I wrote to customer services to ask why it wasn't going to be delivered "next day". They basically just said "The cut off is 1pm" I then wrote back to ask how I would have known that considering that it is not written anywhere. They never wrote back. So, pretty poor customer service. The very least they could have done is refund me £1 for the delivery service I actually received. We won't be ordering from them again.”
