I got the Trike V2 for my son’s birthday, not only did it turn up later than suggested it was the hardest thing to put together. Instructions are appalling and even after contacting customer service they never acknowledged the difficulty I was having with the instructions. They proceeded to send me parts that were missing and I feel like I wasted £79.99. Gave 2 stars because the look of the trike is actually nice and I liked the fact the seat can lean back.
