Received in damaged box, was dumped in my back garden in the rain and got soaking wet along with the ‘sheets I bought. Emailed them and explained this and they offered my a discount to wash the products? I’m having a baby in a weeks time, bad pelvic girdle pain. Last thing I want to be doing is washing a wet mattress to make sure it’s clean and safe for baby. If this was case I’d of bought a second hand one.
