I gave a two star due to the fact my emails were being answered quickly when I first had a problem but the customer service is disgusting.. you can never speak to someone on the phone, my travel system wheels kept breaking and I was sent out more, until my frame snapped whilst my four month old son was in his pram, I’ve had nothing but problems since a week later and still no refund although I was offered a new frame!! Really !! As if I was ever going to put my baby in danger again. All quick to offer a new frame and whelks but different story when I would like a refund…. Just avoid this company
