“From my experience I have received great service and support from the team at Fleet Trak. I have dealt with Eliza within the Techinal Dept in particular, who has assisted with a number of orders and queries. I have found Eliza to be very helpful and reactive to our business requirements. I would recommend Fleet trak to other businesses looking to upgrade/ transfer their telematics systems.”

“After using Fleet Trak for the last 9 years to track all our trucks and trailers I needed to order more equipment for new trucks I have coming. I contacted Niamh and was given excellent information about the newer type units available. After a quickly answered couple of questions, the equipment was ordered and out for delivery the same week, with installs booked the following week. Absolutely fantastic service for from our trusted supplier.”

“Training on the webfleet portal conducted in a very professional manner by Niamh Daly. Answered all the questions needed and gave me further insight into how to get what I needed out of the system. Anything unanswered at the time will be looked into and communicated with the correct answers to my questions. Very pleased with how things are developing presently.”

“Had a couple of user error issues with our fleet of telematics, I spoke to Eliza Garvey, who patiently listened to our issues, although my explaining was not the best. Eliza has managed to resolved our issues in a very swift timeline, kept me informed at every stage and furthermore assisted more. Effectively resulting in better experience when using Webfleet. In a nutshell, way more than I was expecting!”
