Had a couple of user error issues with our fleet of telematics, I spoke to Eliza Garvey, who patiently listened to our issues, although my explaining was not the best. Eliza has managed to resolved our issues in a very swift timeline, kept me informed at every stage and furthermore assisted more. Effectively resulting in better experience when using Webfleet. In a nutshell, way more than I was expecting!
