She resolved the issue quickly, delivers fantastic and very professional customer service - her correspondence always comes across as cheerful and always get quick responses. The platform is easy to use and super informative, especially for reports. But the thing that stands out is the amazing customer service we receive from Lacey Waller. “Being new to the business and not having a full understanding of Webfleet I called Fleet Trak to ask for some assitance. Speaking with Niamh Daly she soon had me feeling confident that once we had had an online tutorial ( you can have this in person if you wish ) I would be ok and could utilise the system fully. Niamh run through all the options that you can use on Webfleet explaining in a clear and concise manner. I will have questions no doubt once I start to use the system fully but Niamh advised me that herself or one of the team will always be on hand should and when I will need assistance.”

“As a business investing in a new product, there is always the nagging concern that once you've signed up, you would be quickly forgotten, but this couldn't be further from the truth. The whole Fleet Trak team that I've been in contact with from the beginning of this process, have been first class, namely Jonny Wiggins, Eliza Garvey and Niamh Daly. They have all been on hand to assist me whenever needed, and satisfactorily answered any question I’ve raised. The system is working well for us, and I hope to expand on what we have presently, by adding additional services to our platform and further enhancing the Webfleet portals many benefits on offer.”
