Thanks for your review. We do list that the keytags are made from acrylic along with the exact measurements in the product description. It's always best to be aware of what you're purchasing. Our keytags are priced at £3.95 which reflect the material they are made from and that they are handpainted and made in the UK. The delivery charge is £2.95, which is cheaper than most other websites. We feel this is great value for a handmade product. We're sorry that you don't agree.
