“The service was very quick and ordering was easy to do with the item coming within a couple of days. However, with delivery charges I paid £7 for a plastic key ring so not the best value for money”

Thanks for your review. We do list that the keytags are made from acrylic along with the exact measurements in the product description. It's always best to be aware of what you're purchasing. Our keytags are priced at £3.95 which reflect the material they are made from and that they are handpainted and made in the UK. The delivery charge is £2.95, which is cheaper than most other websites. We feel this is great value for a handmade product. We're sorry that you don't agree.

I bought 3 (+1 free) keyrings and I must sky admit I was very disappointed with the quality. They felt like Christmas cracker "gifts". It would also be a lovely idea to have them a little envelope. The card is great but not "gifty".”
