Thanks for your review. I’m sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the keytags. We feel that they are a unique, fun gift and realistically priced at £3.95. They are hand-painted and assembled in the UK. We do list that they are made from acrylic in our product description along with the exact measurements. We do list all the product attributes in the product description. The image of the keytag shows the text on one-side and we don't list that the keytag is double-sided.
