“I’ve been covering a key chain for a while and finally bought one but am so disappointed. I thought it would be similar to the tag on a dogs collar but alas this thing is huge and plastic and looks really naff. It will be so out of place next to any key set due to its size that sadly I won’t be using it 😔”

“I got the cupcake birthday candle and I’ve bought them before which was strong smelling but these ones were not as strong and smelt different. When i emailed to say tell them this all I got back was send them back which would cost me more money to do this after it cost me to get them delivered. They don’t smell strong at all”

Our Scent Shapes are not really designed to be very strongly fragranced as we know this can be off-putting. They're more of a scented gift product, to bring joy to the recipient as opposed to an air freshener.

With regard to the the order being late. We closed our unit over the Christmas holiday and returned on 2nd January, when we started to process orders. I can see that your order was delivered on 5th January. We put our updated delivery information in various prominent positions on our website, including the top of each product page and on our delivery information page.

““You cannot imagine the immensity” of the disappointment when, despite me ordering a few products 8 days ago, destined to be Christmas top up presents for friends, there is still no sign of a parcel or any information available on the tracking system. I won’t be buying again. If items are advertised heavily before Christmas, a company should be prepared to go the extra mile and actually get them there on time!”

Thanks for your review. We're sorry to hear that your order hasn't arrived. I understand your disappointment. It's a pity that you didn't contact us about this. We pride ourselves on our excellent customer service but unforunately we cannot help when we are unaware of a problem.
With regards to delivery. You placed the order last weekend and it left us on Monday. You paid £2.40 for delivery which includes the standard Royal Mail tracking. We do offer other delivery options, including courier delivery and next day delivery. A lot of our customers opt for these options, especially this close to Christmas when postal networks can be delayed, as outlined on our delivery pages.
