Thanks for your review. I’m sorry to hear that you’re disappointed with the keytag. We feel that our keytags are a unique, fun gift and realistically priced at £3.95. They are hand-painted and assembled in the UK. We do list that the text is etched, that they are made from acrylic and the exact measurements in the product description. We're sorry that we fell short of your expectations on this occasion.
