“The customer service was brilliant! The flag arrived very quickly, unfortunately it wasn’t the one pictured on the website. My query was answered promptly and honestly, I was offered an explanation and a refund. The website needs to be updated with stock changes, as I was disappointed not to receive the design featured.”
“I like the flag but there are a few creases which I can't get out even after ironing. I hope the photos show these; I don't of course mean the ordinary creases running at right angles which are a result of normal folding for dispatch.”
