“Ordered replacement kitchen cabinet handles. They were great quality, arrived quickly and I’m really happy with them but the screws sent to fix them on were a stupid length. The cabinet handles are about 0.5cm thick and the screws sent were 4.5cm - who has doors 4cm thick?! Bit of a waste - it would be better to send none than ones which are unusable.”

“Profiles were delivered on time and well packaged but profile ends were slightly bent, just as well I had to cut them. Good price though and look great around my fridge.”

“I bought a basket pull out which is very good quality. The only reason for a dropped star is it was sellotaped together which left a sticky residue on the frame which was difficult to remove.”

“Brackets were easy to fit and the basket is strong and solid. Parcel well packaged and promptly delivered. Instructions aren't very clear though.”

“My shipping address was changed from what I submitted to something different when the order was given to the courier. My order ended up being sent back after the new address rejected the delivery. I've flagged this and the company is looking into redirecting the order so we will see how it is handled from this point on. Update. My order was found and redirected to the correct address on a next day delivery which has arrived. For this I cannot fault the service I received after the error was caught.”
