My shipping address was changed from what I submitted to something different when the order was given to the courier. My order ended up being sent back after the new address rejected the delivery.
I've flagged this and the company is looking into redirecting the order so we will see how it is handled from this point on.
Update.
My order was found and redirected to the correct address on a next day delivery which has arrived. For this I cannot fault the service I received after the error was caught.
