“Paid for next day delivery parcel was split up and I didn’t receive the whole order next day- needed all the parts of the delivery to be able to use the item so I had to wait. I contacted them and asked if I could have my delivery cost refunded as it didn’t do as I paid for and no one ever replied to me and I didn’t get my delivery fees reimbursed either. Product was fine and to be expected.”

“The weight plates were in decent shape and have worked well in the month that I have used them. Some of the rubber on the rubber plates was a bit discoloured, but that's fine for their purpose. The selected delivery date was achieved and it was delivered promptly on a Saturday.”
