“I was sent the wrong product that i ordered for my son, as the packaging looks identical to the usual product i get i didn’t read the label. My fault as should have read and checked but obliviously the person who sent the order didn’t read it either as they got muddled up. Expensive error at £69 🤷‍♀️ Usually buy from my local Fit Cookie guy in town who is great. Not a brand issue just human error on both sides.”

“The peanut cream is very good, but the sauces have a strange consistency and do not taste good. Too sweet for me, but who likes what.. the order arrived very quickly!”

“I recently purchased a few products from your range, including the chocolate and cherry-flavored protein powder. Although I commend the quality of the protein, the taste came across as somewhat soapy to me. Additionally, while the efficacy of the pre-workout is outstanding, its flavor intensity was a bit overwhelming. It's rather sweet, which can be off-putting during consumption. Lastly, I bought the flavored creatine. An unflavored option would be beneficial, as when I mix it with my protein shake, the combination results in an overly sweet and slightly peculiar taste. Overall, I'm impressed with the quality of your products, but I feel there's room for improvement in the flavor profiles. Offering less sweet or unflavored options might cater to customers like myself who prefer a more neutral taste.”

“Bought a selection of protein snacks and healthy snacks with a few being discounted for different reasons, the two boxes of crispy rolls were completely stale and couldn't use at all (one being after best before) and the other with a few days remaining but couldn't eat any of it, the waffles are good but super dry better warmed up.”

“I have experience with FitCookie, for a while now my order is always packing the same person and I have to tell... I'm more and more disappointed. I kept coming back as I love their peanut butter but looks like I will have to look for a different shop now. Noticed that even if I'm buying something what isn't on sale (shor date) and I'm paying full price I'm receiving products with very short date and let's be honest I'm not buying everything to eat it in a 2 weeks time. People should respect their consumers.”

“Product always good but the packaging change much bigger and too much stuff to unwrap and throw away just for btl of pills understood that can be useful too keep the quality of our product but I am not a fan”
