“Unfortunately I haven’t received my order of over a week ago, and haven’t had a reply to my email asking where it is. Not very happy. I’m a regular customer, and am very disappointed at the lack of customer support.”

“The products were ok. Jar of coco crunch arrived smashed/ crushed, also had item missing. Emailed customer service twice and no response at all. Paid extra for next day delivery and it arrived 3 days later.”

“Firstly they didn't have the flavour i ordered. My questions is why was it showing as available on the website. Secondly the product size was half the size I bought from their reading store but for the same price. When I enquired i was told that the bigger pack on promotion when i got from store. Overall very disappointed”
