“Answered my phone enquiry immediately, very polite in finding the right solution [hign powered candle stick 10 mm x 25mm] to over come my problem of replacing magnetic fob for window handle locks, which are not available anymore. Even though my order was on the small side they where very pleased to be of service. Dispatched that day, received within 48 hours. I now have a working colour matched magnetic release device for each window handle, saving me getting annoyed rushing around the housing looking for solitary release fob. The only downside is that they come paired north and south poles. I could only use one pole, surplus donated to adult care charity to display their artwork.”
